City Trash Pick Up:
- Recycle (blue) - Tuesday
- Garbage (black) - Friday
Mailbox Keys:
- The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact the US Post office regarding mailbox keys.
Visitor Parking:
- Visitors park in the parking areas provided in various areas in the community or in the driveways of the homeowner if sufficient space is available.
Assessment Due Date:
- The assessment fee is due the 1st day of each month
Assessment Late Fees:
- A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 15th of the month the assessment is due.
Architectural Requirements:
- All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencement of work.
